Be Very Careful Using Twitter to Promote Your Primary Business
The other night Twitter decided to suspend my account, ezyhelper.
The next evening they lifted this suspension and my account was re-instated.
They have not given me a reason for either action.
At the time I did lodge a request for the suspension to be lifted and in so doing came across a very useful Twitter page that is essential reading for all of us who use Twitter.
Here is the link.

Click on the links within this page (particularly the Twitter Rules link) and you will learn very quickly what NOT to do when using Twitter.
I must have broken a rule and not known that I had done so – hence Twitter’s slap on the wrist. On reflection I think I know what I did wrong. I became too aggressive in following more people, straight after removing some 5,300 non-followers that had accumulated in my Twitter account over some weeks. Twitter calls this churning – and it is an easy trap to fall into. What I should have done was to wait a day or so before following others – and then NOT follow the maximum of 1000 a day immediately – but build this up over time. Also, choose a number of different leader accounts within a broader market niche to follow the followers of, don’t just focus on one leader account in one specific niche.
An alternative site that can be used to grow your following, reciprocate those who follow you and yes, even to flush out the deadwood, is located at http://www.buzzom.com – (but BE CAREFUL here- do NOT flush then immediately grow your following as Twitter may regard this as churning).
So I am letting you know of my learning experience so that you don’t fall into the same trap. I can assure you that it is not a nice feeling to see that your Twitter account has been suspended. I was very relieved to see it back again.
The fact that I never spam, and never spam my primary business, http://www.yestocash.com, may have worked in my favor. You will notice that my Twitter profile is very specific as to what my primary business is and I know that this, rather than my tweets, have encouraged visitors to my business. People will eventually wander over and look at your profile if they find your tweets of value and of interest to them. (This principle applies to Social Networking generally.)

As a Newbie, I am always searching online for articles that can help me. Thank you
This is a great blog and you should seriously think about building up this blog into a serious authority in this field, I’m sure you could definitely make a dollar or two from some ads. I would look into following recent news and raising the number of posts you make and I bet you’d start receiving some easy traffic soon. Just a thought, good luck regardless!
Please note that banks can’t lend to companies who are losing money and showing losses. Most small businesses are not savvy enough to react when they see signs of slowing sales.
